What is “The Beyond Club”?
The Beyond Club is our loyalty program that’s free for anyone to join. As a member, you earn points for shopping, leaving us product reviews, following us on social media, and lots more. You can redeem these points as discounts on future orders – the more you earn, the more you benefit!

How do I leave The Beyond Club?
If you no longer wish to be enrolled as a member of The Beyond Club, please write to us at hello@luar.co.in and ask to be unenrolled. Please note that you will lose any points you have accrued so far.

How do I earn points?

First of all, you must be enrolled in The Beyond Club program and be signed into your account when checking out. You can earn points in many ways – by shopping, leaving us product reviews, and following us on social media. To learn about more ways in which you can earn points, visit the How To Earn Points section above.

How do I view my points balance?

You can view your points balance at the top of every page in the Menu Bar.

How do I redeem my points?

You can apply your points directly in your cart when using Luar checkout.

If I return items that I earned points for, do I get to keep the points?

If you return an item, the points you earned for it will be deducted from your points balance.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn with your Luar purchases – go ahead and shop to earn as much as you can!

What happens to my points if I cancel an order after redeeming a reward?

Write to us at hello@luar.co.in with your order number, and we'll be happy to reverse the points spent back into your account.

How long after I place my order, will I receive my points?

All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours, after which the points will be added to your account, ready to be redeemed.

How do I see which tier of The Beyond Club do I belong to?

You can view your tier under the “My Tier” tab on the Rewards page.

How long do I qualify for each tier?

Once you qualify for a tier, you'll retain your status until you upgrade to the next tier.

I completed an activity. Why haven’t I earned points yet?

Sometimes, it can take anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours for points to process on instant actions, such as following us on social media. Other activities that require verification (including leaving a review or placing an order) may take up to 5 days to process.

Can I use my points during checkout?

If you place an order via Luar checkout, you can apply your available points directly to your order.
