What it is: Luminous Dew Drops are a buildable illuminating formula, designed to be worn alone, layered under makeup, mixed directly into the Luminous Veil Foundation, or worn over it as a highlighter.
The formula is weightless and non-greasy, with Niacinamide to hydrate the skin as it glows. No stickiness. No heaviness. Just luminosity that sits on the skin, not over it.
